Mr. Khondker Emdadul Haq is a banker and TV news & business show anchor. He has over 16+ years of work experience in the banking industry of Bangladesh with a proven track record of working with the top notch organisations of the country. Presently, Mr. Emdad is serving as VP & Head of Employee Banking at BRAC Bank Ltd. He has professional experience in managing corporate clients by offering them various retail banking products with special focus on payroll and priority banking products, which has led to his strong expertise in Relationship Management across different customer segments. He is also engaged in designing new products & propositions and activities related to portfolio management, digital transformation, financial inclusion etc. He specializes in people management too.

Emdad anchors some of the leading television channels to host many of country’s iconic and top shows. He is one of the board members of Health Management BD Foundation and World Foundation for Life & Happiness (FLH). FLH is working to develop deprived students focusing on their primary education needs in the district levels of Bangladesh. Besides anchoring various national programs, he was one of the MCs of “National Victory Day Parade-2019” in presence of honorable President and the Prime Minister of People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

Mr. Emdad has been awarded significant number of times in media activism and professional career. Emdad worked as a Research Assistant under a PhD student of the Murdoch University Australia. Mr. Emdad’s professional excellence enabled him to clinch the one-month Group Study Exchange (GSE) programme of Rotary Foundation of Rotary International in 2009, which he attended in California, USA. Mr. Emdad holds a Bachelor and Master degree in Marketing from Tejgaon College under National University of Bangladesh.
